Sometimes you don't have alot of time but want to bake homeade goods, my reciepe for 15min quick and easy peanut butter cookies is the sure way to go. This reciepe is so simple anyone could do it.
What you need:
2 cup of peanut butter
2 cup of sugar
2 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick baking spray.
Combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg until you get a well blended dough.
Drop cookie dough by the tablespoon 1 inch apart.
Bake cookies for 10 minutes.
Let cool.
Yeild 25 to 30 cookies.
