White Grape Melon Mint Punch

Ingredients:
2 parts Sparkling White Grape Juice
2 parts fresh Watermelon Juice*
1/2 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
Plenty of fresh mint leaves and sliced lemon wheels for garnish

Directiosn:
Combine all ingredients into a large punch bowl along with plenty of ice.
Add the mint leaves and sliced lemon wheels as you stir well so as to chill thoroughly.
Watch the liquid sparkle and fizz before your very eyes.
Ladle punch out into punch glasses, making sure to get sufficiently enough mint and lemon wheels for all to enjoy. You’ll be dazzled after trying this one!

*Watermelon Juice: Chop watermelon into small cubes, remove any pits, and place into blender. Blend until smooth. It’s just as easy as that!

Strawberry and Watermelon Popsicles

This is very refreshing when sweet watermelons are in season.

Ingredients:
2 oz or 1/4 cup superfine sugar
1/4 cup water
9 oz strawberries
9 oz watermelon flesh, cubed and deseeded

Directions:
Put the sugar and water into a small saucepan and boil until syrupy (about 3 minutes). Allow to cool.
Puree the strawberries and sieve to get rid of the seeds. Puree the watermelon and mix with the pureed strawberries and cooled syrup.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
